Sake Training at "SUSHI CHEF INSTITUTE" in CA.

Hakutsuru Sake of America, Inc. is the sponsorship with Sushi Chef Institute (https://www.sushischool.net/). For the first time in the school's curriculum, Sake Training Class was held on November 29th. Future sushi chefs and owners learned about pairing sake with sushi. We will continue to support this activity.
