A Rich Line Up

We offer sake to fit a wide variety of circumstances and needs, from the finest luxury sakes to more everyday standard sake.
We also have a rich line up of other products including plum wine, plum and yuzu liqueurs, and mirin (rice wine seasoning).

Hakutsuru has secured certification under the FSSC22000 international standard for food safety management systems. We have established a highly secure production structure and take a thorough approach to ingredient traceability, preventing product label falsification, and preventing adulteration so that customers can have confidence in the safety of our products.
Our products are provided in a way that conforms with the standards for ingredients, materials, quantity, and quality of the relevant country or region.

We have established our own rigorous standards for the rice that we use to make sake, and we only use rice of Grade 3 or higher as defined in Japan’s Agricultural Products Inspection Act.
Some products are certified under the GI Nadagogo geographical indication scheme, and these products incorporate the unique characteristics of this region in their production.
We take a proactive approach towards localization (sake quality, package design) in product development for markets that differ greatly from the Japanese market.
We have received many awards at International Trade Fairs including IWC, Kura Master, and Joy of Sake.

We have exhibited our products in many international food and drink fairs.
