This Tokubetsu Junmai sake is brewed using 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture. Hyogo stands unrivaled in Japan as the birthplace of the finest Yamada Nishiki rice, where the grains are grown and harvested to perfection like nowhere else in the country.

Toasted almonds on the nose, smooth and gentle on the palate, culminating in a crisp finish
