An everyday, yet luxurious sake crafted by our kurabito (brewery workers) under the direction of Hakutsuru's acclaimed Toji-Kan. Toji-Kan combines the masterful brewing techniques with 100% Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyōgo Prefecture to create a balanced and refreshing sake.
Tasting notes:
Mellow, aromatic, very smooth and slightly dry with a medium body
Perfect temperature: 10-15℃ / 40-45℃
