It doesn’t get better than Tenku. Our most iconic sake represents the pinnacle of centuries of brewing tradition. Every bottle is hand-crafted in limited quantities, with meticulous care taken at every step. From washing the rice by hand to separating the sake from the lees without applying external pressure, the process is entirely artisanal. The mash is suspended in cloth bags, allowing the liquid to drip naturally under its own weight, preserving the integrity of the sake. Experience the art of our Tenku Mitose, meticulously aged for three years at a low temperature.
