Using the finest rice and pure natural spring water from Mt. Rokkō, it is fermented with Hakutsuru’s unique technique, “Keikai-tsukuri”. It is characterised by its smooth and semi-dry taste.

Tasting notes:
Slightly dry with subtle aromas of honey and pear with flavours of cashew and toasted cereal complemented by hints of minerality

Perfect temperature: 10-15℃ / 40-45℃
