Hakutsuru Nishiki is our expression of sake perfection. This luxurious sake is mouth-filling and full of rich flavour, yet delicately refined. To craft our finest sake, we developed a new strain of rice that surpasses traditional varieties. After eight years of development, we successfully cross-bred Yamadaho and Tankan-Wataribune rice - the first successful hybrid of its kind in 70 years.
