Hakutsuru Nishiki is our expression of sake perfection. A luxurious sake, mouth-filling and full of flavour, yet delicately refined. To make our finest sake we set about creating a new strain of rice that would surpass the traditional rice used in sake and excel after substantial polishing. This took eight years of development and is the first successful cross-breed of Yamadaho and Tankan-Wataribune rice in 70 years. Enjoy the elegance of floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom and savour a hint of vanilla in the extra-long finish.
