A refreshing, low alcohol sake to be enjoyed like a crisp, easy drinking white wine. Pale straw in colour, reminiscent of a vinho verde, it has a delicately fruity bouquet, with hints of apple and lime. That fruit promise delivers on the palate with green apple and pear leading you to dried apricot and hints of vanilla. It is smooth and velvety in texture, not unlike a chardonnay. The medium sweetness is balanced with a fresh, natural acidity from the white koji, giving it further depth, and a firm, bright finish that leaves you wanting more.
