Our signature everyday sake is brewed using a 275 year old traditional technique. It is a full-bodied off-dry Junmai with robust flavours of toasted cereal, natural rice sweetness, and a dry finish. It is also delightful when drunk warmed to about 40℃. Just place the bottle in a heat proof vessel of just-boiled water for two to three minutes.
